Life is fucking hard,
but it sucks way less if you don't do it alone.

I'm a psychology student, former worship leader turned exvangelical, multi-talented creative, and mom to two neurodivergent kids who keep me on my toes and crack me up daily. I’m a deep feeler, a question-asker, a researcher & lifelong learner (there's always more & it's always BETTER), and the friend/sister/daughter who somehow always ends up helping people make sense of their lives over coffee (or in the DMs).I’ve been through some shit — identity shifts, deconstruction (from religion and ableism), loss, burnout, a separation (and nearly a divorce), years and years of healing through cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR, and the chaotic beauty of learning to parent kids who don’t fit in a box (and never should). I’m neurodivergent myself, so I get what it’s like to live in a world that doesn’t always make sense, and to be figuring it out in real time while still showing up for the people you love.At the center of it all is Haydon — my best friend, my partner in crime, and the love of my life. He grounds me, challenges me, and makes me laugh when I need it most. We’ve built a life that’s far from perfect but full of heart, grit, and growth.I’m equal parts cozy and confrontational — soft enough to hold space for the hard things, sharp enough to call out what’s not serving you and advocate fiercely for the ones I love & the ones without my privilege. I believe in curiosity over shame, connection over perfection, and showing up as you are — not who you think you're supposed to be.You're safe to be wild here. 🤍
"So... what exactly do you do?"
Fair question.I'm a psychology-informed, ND-Affirming life coach, which means I don't just throw generic positivity and/or ableism at your problems or give you a cookie-cutter productivity plan. I use tools rooted in psychology, nervous system regulation, and human development to help you understand why you're stuck—and what to actually do about it.I’m not a licensed therapist (yet), and I’m not pretending to be. I’m a neurodivergent psychology student and parent of neurodivergent kids who’s knee-deep in this work both academically and personally. So no, this isn’t therapy. But it’s also not “just coaching.”Think of me as the person who helps you:> untangle your thoughts when they’re spiraling,> notice what’s actually going on underneath the self-sabotage,> build systems that work with your brain, not against it,> and feel safe enough to show up as your whole self—without apologizing for it.I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent humans (diagnosed or undiagnosed), recovering people-pleasers, burnt-out caregivers, folks healing from religious trauma, and anyone who’s been told they’re “too much” or “not enough.” Y'all are my people. Welcome home.Basically? I help you feel like you again. Only clearer. Freer. And not doing it alone this time.
"What does working with you look like?"
Honestly? It looks like you being exactly who you are—messy thoughts, executive dysfunction, info dumps, sensory overload and all.You don’t have to show up with your life figured out or even know what you want to work on. We’ll figure it out together. Some days we might dive into the deep stuff—like why you feel stuck, burned out, or like you’re always too much and not enough at the same time.Other days we might spend the whole session building a plan, writing scripts for hard convos, or untangling the chaos in your head so it makes sense on paper. It’s a mix of coaching, brainstorming, validation, and strategy. It’s psychology-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and totally human. No toxic positivity. No weird power dynamic.Just someone in your corner who gets it and wants to help you build a life that actually fits.
